Speaking to Kids about MLK

Hi Friends,

Last week I went to New Jersey and spoke with elementary school-aged children about my experiences working with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. What struck me about these children was the depth of their questions and how truly concerned they are about humankind.

Thank you to Kathleen Walker from the New York City Department of Education for setting up this program and to her niece Brittany for inviting me to her school.

Today is my 84th Birthday. Thank you to everyone who has been sending me greetings and well wishes.

Remember, God Loves You. And I love you too!

Reverend Dr. Eugene S. Callender
